I was getting married to a vampire who might have been Dracula, but I'm not sure if he was actually Dracula or if some people were saying it to be mean about his vampirism. He was quite tall and pale-skinned, and he intimidated me a bit to start with because he was quite loud. While trying to get dressed for the wedding, he couldn't decide if a white waistcoat or a black waistcoat looked better, but he decided on white because that's what I had asked him to wear. I was wearing a long purple skirt with a white blouse while getting ready for the ceremony. In the dream I had two sisters called Elizabeth and Daryl, and while Elizabeth supported me fully, Darryl was very mean and said that I was only marrying him for his money and castle, and because I was probably pregnant (which I wasn't). I shouted back that I would've still married him if he didn't have a penny to his name or if he lived in a pigpen, and Daryl left after that. This was when I realised how very much I loved the vampire, and decided I did really want to marry him. After Daryl left, I went looking for a sink to wash my face and got very confused because I couldn't find any toilets in the vampire's castle, and the omly dink was in the kitchen. Elizabeth found a flannel and some water to wash my face and helped me get into my wedding dress, which was a floor-length, off-shoulder white gown with a fur shawl. While she helped, I joked that if the vampire wanted to marry me, he'd need to build me some toilets in the castle as a wedding present. We put the finishing touches on my makeup and walked out to the front of the castle where the rest of the wedding procession waited. I took my place at the front of the procession and we slowly walked to the church while I chatted happily to my family, then I woke up.
This dream seems to reflect your fear of the unknown and the unconventional. The vampire represents an entity that is feared by many but also has a certain allure. The uncertainty about whether he is Dracula or not implies your confusion about what exactly you are getting yourself into. The wedding ceremony denotes a significant change in your life, which might require a leap of faith. The white waistcoat represents purity, while the black one might represent an individual’s darker traits. Your preference for the white one indicates your desire for good in your future. The fact that you're not pregnant in the dream suggests that you are not settling for a partner out of necessity. Your sister’s skepticism represents your own doubts about your choices. Your determination to stick with your decision, regardless of what others think, confers your strong attraction to this person. The castle represents an of immensity, a fortress that the vampire has created for himself with his wealth and power. However, your preoccupation with the absence of toilets may indicate your desire for facilities that represent comfort and familiarity in a place so foreign to you. The wedding dress symbolizes your soon-to-be-new identity, as well as your perception of a typical brides’ attire. Ultimately, your happiness and ease signify a willingness to step into the unknown and embrace all that comes with it.
